Shipping Policy

Last Updated: June 2026

Thank you for purchasing from Title X Wines. We take great care in packaging and shipping our limited-edition wines and collectible bottles to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Shipping Eligibility

Due to state and federal regulations governing the shipment of alcoholic beverages, Title X can only ship wine to states where direct-to-consumer wine shipments are legally permitted. Shipping availability is subject to change at any time based on applicable laws and regulations.

All wine is sold in California, and title to the wine passes to the purchaser in California.

Age Verification & Adult Signature Requirement

Title X does not sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 21.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase alcoholic beverages. An adult aged 21 years or older must be present to sign for all wine deliveries. Carriers are legally required to verify age and obtain an adult signature at the time of delivery.

Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Failed Delivery Attempts & Returned Shipments

An adult aged 21 years or older must be available to accept and sign for all wine deliveries.

If a delivery cannot be completed because no eligible recipient is available, the carrier may make additional delivery attempts or hold the shipment for pickup at a designated carrier location. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor shipment tracking information and make arrangements to receive the shipment.

If a shipment is returned to Title X due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, failure to pick up the shipment from the carrier, an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or any other circumstance beyond the control of Title X, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping charges, reshipment fees, storage fees, and applicable handling costs.

Because alcoholic beverages cannot always be reshipped or restocked, Title X reserves the right to assess the condition of any returned product before authorizing a refund, store credit, or replacement shipment. Original shipping charges, fulfillment costs, and carrier fees are non-refundable.

Title X will review each returned shipment on a case-by-case basis and determine any applicable refund, store credit, or reshipment options at its sole discretion.

Customers are encouraged to provide a shipping address where an adult aged 21 years or older will be available to accept delivery during normal business hours.

Shipping & Fulfillment

All Title X wines are shipped through licensed fulfillment and shipping partners. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Most orders are processed promptly; however, processing and delivery times may vary due to product availability, weather conditions, regulatory requirements, fulfillment schedules, and carrier operations.

Magnum Bottle Shipping

Shipping for eligible Title X Magnum bottle purchases is included in the purchase price. Magnum orders are generally shipped using expedited or overnight delivery services designed to protect the quality and integrity of the wine during transit.

Title X reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and service level that best meets the needs of the shipment. Delivery timelines may vary based on destination, weather conditions, and carrier availability.

Weather Holds

Wine is sensitive to extreme temperatures. To protect the quality and condition of your purchase, Title X reserves the right to delay shipments during periods of excessive heat, freezing temperatures, severe weather, natural disasters, or other conditions that could adversely affect the wine during transit.

Orders placed on weather hold will ship once conditions are deemed safe for transport. Weather-related delays are implemented solely to protect the integrity of the product and are not grounds for cancellation, refund, or return.

Damaged Bottles

Due to state and federal alcohol regulations, Title X cannot accept returns of wine once it has been delivered.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us at order@titlexwines.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photographs of the damaged bottle(s), packaging materials, and shipping carton whenever possible.

Upon review, Title X may provide a replacement bottle, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times are subject to the carrier's operations and schedules. Title X is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, failed delivery attempts, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control.

Title X is not responsible for damage resulting from wine being left unattended after delivery has been accepted and signed for by the recipient or an authorized adult.

If your shipment appears lost in transit, please contact order@titlexwines.com, and we will assist in opening a carrier investigation.

Limited Edition Products

Title X wines are produced in limited quantities and often feature collectible custom-designed bottles and packaging.

Replacement bottles may not be available once a release has sold out. In the event that a replacement bottle is unavailable, Title X reserves the right to provide a comparable replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable remedy at its sole discretion.

Collectible Bottle Variations

Title X bottles are collectible works of art created through a combination of handcrafted and machine-assisted manufacturing processes, including custom glass production, painting, decoration, embossing, and specialty finishing.

As a result, minor variations in color, paint application, glass texture, finish, embossing, labeling, packaging, or other cosmetic details may occur from bottle to bottle. These variations are a natural part of the manufacturing process and contribute to the uniqueness of each bottle.

Minor cosmetic variations are not considered defects. Due to the handcrafted nature of the glass, paint, decoration, and finishing processes, variations in color, texture, placement, finish, embossing, labeling, and other aesthetic characteristics may occur. These variations are inherent to the production process and do not affect the quality, authenticity, or collectibility of the product.

Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacement, return, refund, exchange, or store credit.

If you believe your bottle has sustained damage beyond normal production variation, please contact order@titlexwines.com, and our team will be happy to review the issue.
